• Setting up the shop on TikTok.

• Researching and uploading trending products.

• Managing marketing and advertising to promote products.

• Running the day-to-day operations of your TikTok Shop.

While we strive to generate successful outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific results or income from the use of our services. Performance and profitability may vary based on a number of factors, including product demand, market conditions, and competition.

2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to set up and manage your TikTok Shop.

• Promptly pay any applicable fees associated with our services.

• Comply with TikTok’s policies and terms of service, as well as any other relevant platform regulations.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your services with us.

3. Fees and Payments

Clients are required to pay service fees as agreed upon during the onboarding process. These fees cover our operational costs, including product research, store management, and marketing efforts.

• Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. Once we begin work on your TikTok Shop, fees are considered earned.

• Subscription and Renewals: You agree to pay the agreed subscription fee for ongoing services. Subscription fees may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. No Guarantee of Success or Earnings

While DropToker uses industry best practices to manage and promote your TikTok Shop, we do not guarantee any specific level of success, sales, or profits. Your income potential depends on various factors, such as:

• Market trends

• Audience engagement

• Product demand

• Platform algorithm changes

You acknowledge that results will vary, and there is no promise of specific monetary gains or financial outcomes from using our services.

5. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your services with DropToker at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation:

• We will stop all services related to your TikTok Shop.

• There will be no refund of any previously paid fees, except in cases where a refund is explicitly agreed upon.

DropToker reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend services if you violate these Terms of Service or fail to make required payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and intellectual property created or used by DropToker in managing your TikTok Shop are the exclusive property of DropToker, unless otherwise stated. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use the shop created by DropToker solely for its intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

DropToker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services during the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES OF SUCCESS OR INCOME.
